②We will ship item in 3 days after the payment cleared.
③We reply your questions within 24 hours.
④The shipping time sometimes maybe a little longer due to custom problems, holidays or some uncertain reasons.
⑤We choose shipping way according to your address, we use the Standard Shipping way which you can track whole process.

About Delivery

We have warehouses in the US and CN. All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, we cannot promise an order will ship from a certain warehouse, as our team works as hard as possible to get orders out as quickly as they can, and stock may be limited in select warehouses. In this case, orders will ship from the warehouse that has sufficient stock.

Shipment delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection in your country, or if there are transportation delays caused by the carrier service.


Most products will be delivered within 5-10 days.
